When shipping from Japan to US with “International TA-Q-BIN”

Dear Customers,

Please note that when using “International TA-Q-BIN" from Japan to the US, all operations are handed off to UPS (United Parcel Service). They will process your Customs Clearance and the Local Delivery in the US so please contact the UPS Customer Support if you have any issues or questions.

Yamato Transport USA will not have the information to provide assistance for these shipments.

The UPS tracking number will be required when tracking your shipments on the UPS tracking website.

If you cannot find the UPS tracking number, you can locate that information with the original Yamato tracking number issued from Japan along with these steps from Yamato Japan’s Tracking website  ;

  • The original Yamato tracking number is 12 digits
  • From the tracking result page, Click the “Details” button
  • A pop up window will come up and show and the 18 digit UPS tracking number

As for "International TA-Q-BIN" services from the US/Canada to Japan, ALL operations will be handled by Yamato Transport USA and Yamato Transport Japan. So please do not hesitate to contact us anytime.
